If you have recently uploaded photographs online, they must first be approved before going live. Allow five working days for any changes you request to your online account.

Photographs which are awaiting agency approval can also be seen in 'Add Photos' within the section called 'Photo request list'

If you cannot see any photographs showing then they have not been uploaded correctly.
