Welcome new model Lauren she has already had a fantastically successful career and looks set to go even further we are really looking forward to following your progress Lauren.
‘Lauren is a totally focussed, young, and very successful professional Show-Jumper.
At the age of 10 she was competing for England at the Home Pony Internationals - against the opposing teams from the best juniors in Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
Lauren moved on to Horses in 2002 to pursue her career, and in 2002 and was selected as a member of the 'Accenture' Great Britain Under 18's Young Riders Squad in 2002 and 2003 and was placed 3rd in two Under 16 Championship Finals on her horses in 2002.
In May 2003, aged 15yrs, Lauren qualified for the Young Show-Jumper Final at Olympia, London, on her horse ROXSY, a 7 year old.
Olympia's Show- jumping event is one of the most important and prestigious events on the calendar, is Televised world-wide, and features major Grand Prix show-jumping and a qualifying round of The Show-Jumping World Cup.
Major Championships are soon to follow.’ |

Hi my name is Sandra, friends and family call me Sandy. I am 56 and have three children over 30. I have just realized one of my dreams. Yes, I have recently been accepted as a new model for Models Direct. Fantastic!
As I grew older in my forties, family and friends told me it would be harder to lose weight, which I disagreed with. I am a stubborn kind of person, and two years ago when I was at my lowest ebb, decided to join my local health club and gym as by this time.
Now after two years of hard work not only enjoying it but meeting new people, I have lost approx 2 stone and have come down two dress sizes, which makes me feel a lot happier about myself. I have proved if you want something badly, no matter how old you are, then, go for it. I have always had a zest for life, even through the dark days, and have always bounced back.
All through my life, as well as bringing up my children, I have tackled different roles on the work front, including taxi driving, party plan, ect: In the past, I have been suppressed from doing things that are dear to my heart. Now, I am raring to go. Although I have medals for Ballroom, Latin, and Disco dancing which I enjoy immensely, I recently tried a one off session on belly dancing at the local college, and found it to be a lot of fun. I have always wanted to try something different and am now glad I have. ‘If you see someone without a smile, give them yours ’ The best one is ‘FOLLOW YOUR DREAM AND BE HAPPY ’
To those people who feel as I did, don ’t hold back, go forward and prove that even in later years, there is still a young person at heart waiting to be set free. Take heart have faith, and believe in yourself.
