Client: The Shirt Factory
Model: Stephen
The Shirt Factory trades under the names of Rutherford Blue and Rutherford and is just over three years old. Clive Woodroff explains: “We manufacture premium shirts and knitwear to over 50 independent retailers throughout the UK and Eire. But although our wholesale business is growing each season, we feel that we need to have a presence on the internet and launch our own online store. In order to give the site a professional look we decided to hire the services of a model agency.
“This first shoot was very much a leaning curve for us, but was made easier by the professionalism of the model supplied.” It was Stephen’s second assignment and he says: “I have really enjoyed both of them.”

Client: Zone Media
Model: Zsanett
Make-up Makeover is
a new TV series that aims to show women how to get the look they want with the time and money they have available.
Executive Producer Kathy Fairburn says: “The right make-up artist and model were vital to show just how straightforward it can be to get the look you want with what you’ve already got – yourself and a make-up bag” Shot over two days in London, the first 13 episodes of the show are a UK/Hungarian co-production and, as Kathy explains: “It was critical that we found a Hungarian photographic model with the right qualities for the show. |
We had to find her in the UK and we had to find her fast. With Models Direct we did! They came up with suggestions within hours of our first call and recommended Zsanett Janosi. Zsanett perfectly embodied the ‘everywoman’ quality we were loooking for: naturally beautiful and a perfect blank canvas for UK-based film and TV make-up artist Jemma Harwood to demonstrate a variety
of looks with.”
Zsanett says: “Everything was very nice and well organised. The crew
were really friendly and they put me up in a five-star hotel, all expenses paid. Thank you for this assignment.
I would definitely do it again!” |
