When our child models are booked out for paid modelling assignments, it important they start the day well with a good breakfast, to help maintain their energy and concentration levels. Kids are always active and love to run around. Keeping their fluids topped up is essential particularly during play and activity. Water is ideal, or perhaps a diluted fruit juice drink. Get them a novelty-drinking cup or sports bottle to encourage more regular drinks.
