Models: Vivienne, Marta
Posing for the camera requires a certain poise, but additional confidence is called for when you're asked to show off a new clothing selection to an audience. That's just what Vivienne and Marta had to do when they took up the offer of an assignment with Peppermint Grove.
Model Marta told us: "I have never done anything like this but the atmosphere was great, I felt really relaxed and comfortable. We tried the clothes, then we practiced our walk around the tables and had our make-up and hair done. The fashion show was supposed to start at 1.30 but after a short delay started about 2.15 p.m – we were in a rush but we were dressed on time so the show went smoothly. After, we helped to tidy up the clothes and we left about 3pm.
"The clothes were really nice, when we were walking we could hear comments like 'I am going to this shop today'."
Vivienne added: "The clothes we had to model were gorgeous and it was a very relaxed event."
Client Geraldine Legge said: "Both the girls were great. Marta was particularly fantastic and mucked in really well, embracing everything about the day. Vivienne was a bit more reserved but got into it really well once she had warmed up. They both joined in well and were easy to work with. The girls went out to model the clothes at the same time, they looked good together and the clothes fitted them really well."
Thank you for the assignment it was a great day. The team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable through out the day. It was an enjoyable day.
