• All children between 5 and 16 years of age who have worked more than 4 days in the last six months require a working child licence for any assignments they do.
• It is the parent ’s/guardian ’s responsibility to obtain each licence.
• As your agent, we will send you the necessary forms completed and signed where relevant.
• Once you receive the forms, you should read and sign any parts you need to and return them to your local county council - they will issue you with a licence.
• Some councils may take up to 21 days to issue the license, others will issue them on the same day.
• Councils issue a seperate licence for each assignment.
REMEMBER we will try to give as much notice as we can, but it is important that you get the forms signed as soon as you have them. |
