Make up Tips for Winter

Remember in order to stay fresh you need to take it easy with  the foundation. Therefore stick to your bad zones: eyes, nose and cheeks and avoid your forehead and neck. If you want to avoid using foundation altogether try using concealer around the eyes and nose. If you want to avoid looking like a porcelain doll in the winter months, self tanner can rescue you to create a sexy bronzed look. Just don’t over do it.

Avoid pinks and red eye shadow as they do not flatter the face. Smoky eyes are essential for the
classic evening look. Use brown shades if your blonde, dark brown if you have brunette and deep purple or black if you have very dark/ black hair.
Working with eyeliner at the bottom work your way up from dark to lighter

Shades, light shimmer in the inside corner and just under your brow will help to keep you fresh looking

TOP TIP: use brushes to apply the eye shadow as they blend much better than sponge applicators.

Reserve black eyeliner for evening wear as it can often look to severe during the day, instead try a shade of slate/grey or browns to soften your eyes during the day. Smudge your eyeliner with a tipped sponge to soften up the harsh line especially if you

are aiming for the smoky effect. Red lips and pale skin can look extremely enduring however if your planning on fake tan avoid rich reds.
Deep velvety shades are a must this seasons

White eyeliner on the inner corners make the eyes appear larger and brighter.

Sponsor a model

Has your grand daughter, grandson, niece or nephew been made an offer to model with us?

Do you want to help be a part of their experience?

Some of our models, once they have an offer, ask a member of their family, or a special friend to help with their administration fee - perhaps you could ask a another person, a friend or member of the family cover the cost by sponsoring your child. As a special gift and a ‘thank you’ to them, we are able to send you a second copy of your child’s certificate of registration, measurements card and ID card for your sponsor to have. This could be a thank you, a birthday gift or perhaps just a lovely souvenir.
Samantha, mother of Ella-Mae, one of our new child faces framed Ella-Mae’s second certificate and gave it to her grandmother who paid half of her administration fee, ‘it would make a lovely gift’ said Samantha.
If you agree with a sponsor – an aunt, uncle, older brother, sister, granny or just a friend, call your model Coordinator and we will ensure your souvenir copy is sent to you as soon as possible. We will include a complementary copy of ‘IMAGE’.
