Many of the requests handled at Models Direct
are for models to do fitting work, where large
international clothing companies need to get
dress sizing exact for their market. MD supplies
many men, women, children and babies each
year to clients who need models with certain
height and dress measurements – so remember,
it’s really important to make sure that the
measurements stated on your profile are exact
as they may be vitally important when you’re
put forward for work!
Models Direct regularly supplies models to
Mint Apparel for FILA sportswear fittings. After his
latest assignment Mark told us: “They have been
a really nice group to work with.” The client is so
pleased with Mark – and his measurements meet
exactly the requirements – he has already been
booked for six new assignments.
Four-year-old Sher had a great time at the
fitting, according to his mum who told us: |

“Sher
really enjoyed himself and the staff really took
care of us. The food was fantastic too.”
And Shivani said: “My fitting went really well,
it was a lot of fun and time went so quickly! I
had to try on clothes from a new range coming
out next year, so the designers could see how
they look and make alterations accordingly. I
really liked the clothes as well!”
Seven-year-olds Jemma and Kyle were
involved in the fittings too, and Kyle’s mum
Karen said: “The day was relaxed and he
thoroughly enjoyed himself. We look forward
to doing more in the future.”
And Monika, mother to four-year-old Eliza
added: “Thank you so much for your professional,
helpful and friendly attitude. Eliza really enjoyed
her first assignment. We had a good time and
were made to feel very welcome.” |
