"Basically, I felt that everything was organised really well. I appreciated the map you sent through and the contact details. We drove to the studios on Wednesday and found that it was actually quite hard to get to but this was probably more down to us not really knowing our way around Manchester! I was able to phone through and let Anna know I may be a bit late - she was really nice but I felt awful as you should always be on time. However, we arrived just about at 10ish so it was all ok. Everything seemed to go ok - Beth was smiley and happy most of the time and we were done by 11am. The conclusion is that we are so pleased we had the chance to do this and would love to consider it again if it ever comes up! Thanks for sending the last lot of info through - it was great to read Anna was pleased with it all. Thanks again for all your help."
Jenny, (Beth Towler Age: 6 months) Model Fee: £35 per hour

"Thank you so much for arranging the assignment for my son Ciaran at Rainmac in Midhurst on Saturday 8th Oct. Mr Orr and Myra Blencowe were lovely to work with and Ciaran thoroughly enjoyed his first photo shoot. Thanks again and hope this leads to many more assignments!"
Carol Dougherty, Model Fee: £75 per hour - The client also took a shots of Ciaran Dougherty's sisters, Suzy & Nell, and paid an additional £50 to publish these images.

"On the 8/10/05 I had my first modelling assignment for Models Direct. It was to model raincoats for Rainmac who provide raincoats for private schools. I really enjoyed this assignment, the rainmacs were all the same but in different colours. Myra (the person taking the photographs) was really nice to me and so I didn't feel nervous at all. She took loads of pictures and then Michael who owns Rainmac brought me an ice cream and let me choose a raincoat to keep. Thanks Models Direct and Rainmac love Harriet."
Harriet, Model Fee: £75 per hour

"I just wanted to comment on the project assigned to me on the 30/11/05. Models Direct kept up their professionalism starting from the phone calls up through to the photographer Dave who was very professional and down to earth during the day. Being versatile is my personal aim so having a photo shoot for the Gay Times is another avenue ventured and with Same Sex Weddings being in the headlines is a plus. I had a good laugh also which is important and I look forward to receiving more work Many thanks."
Andy, Model Fee: £100

"Just an email to let you know that the assignment went extremely well and I had a really good time. The director David Halliday was very pleased with how well the assignment went and told me that I did a good job. He was a nice person and we spent 20-30 minutes on our own talking about what he does and what he has been doing in his career over the last 15 years! I arrived early hence the 20-30 minutes alone with him talking and getting on well. I had no problems whatsoever with David, the assignment and with the female model. I'm very pleased to have had my first assignment and I look forward to anymore assignments or contact from yourself. Thank you for your support and for the assignment!"
Adam, Model Fee: £50

"The assignment went very well on the day and was very quick. I was told to sip the drink and smile at the other model and then into the camera. Very enjoyable work. Thank you"
Natlie Wills, Model Fee: £50

"I am writing to confirm that Alfie's (Drogue de Bordeaux) assignment yesterday went well, quickly and smoothly. At the studio Alfie was made to sit in the back of the car whilst a model petted him, he behaved fine after his initial excitement and all went well. The photographer said he got some really good pictures and overall I was impressed by the friendly approach and efficiency of the team."
Darren Coombs and pet dog Alfie (Drogue de Bordeaux), Model Fee: £100

"Assignment - Oxfordshire to Sandbanks, Poole, Dorset to arrive by 8am. Up at 4am, left at 5.15am - December and pitch black! A crossing on the chain ferry took me across to the beach and meeting with the team, art director, photographer and assistant and make up artist. It was a dry, still, cold cloudy day. The still head and shoulder images were shot in the most beautiful spot by the water, close to the sand dunes - wearing a tee shirt. I discovered the meaning of 'think warm'. The arrangements went well, the team were professional, organised and encouraging, and the hot chocolate afterwards was like nectar! Best wishes"

"My first job was for Barkers Motor Group. I was very worried but I thought that I can do it. So I came on time, staff were happy to see me. One of the guys was always with me - trying to be polite, always were asking if I wanted something. Then we went to Beverley - to the Tesco shop. They gave to me promotional literature and I started. I did three contracts, and one person had a test driving. It was little bit hard to stand all the time, but we had two brakes, one for a coffee, and another for a lunch. They drop me home.I like it."
Anna, Model Fee: £75

"Just to let you know that when we went for the fitting at Mamas and Papas they tried on three outfits on Jacob and the staff were lovely. At the shoot the staff were again very nice and all the details you gave me about the assignment really helped. Thanks again and hope to hear from you again soon. Kindest Regards."

"They gave such a glowing report of your professionalism and the standard of both your service and the lovely models you provide that they convinced me you must be the trustworthy company."
Mother of potential baby model who was very sceptical about model agencies called one of our clients, Mamas and Papas, for a reference.

"I called you earlier today to tell you how the shoot at W International went on Monday. I found that it went well, the language barrier was the only difficult part at times but aside from that the whole team were extremely friendly and professional. We managed to work through the different looks quickly and finish by around 4 instead of half 5. The other models were also very nice and friendly and I am sure that together we managed to present Models Direct in a positive light. Mrs Makino even offered that I come back at a later date to have my haircut there. I would like to thank you for organizing this assignment for me and look forward to working for Models Direct in the near future. Kind Regards"
