Four models were selected to recreate a summer holiday for Thomas Cook. Marcus told us...
"It was good being a model. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, and at the same time professional."
Thomas Cook required four models to act the roles of two couples enjoying their honeymoons, in imagery for publicity material to recruit cabin crew. The models were asked to take summer and beach clothing to the assignment to wear while posing around the location's luxurious private swimming pool.
The lucky models chosen were Mike and Marcus, with two other Models Direct models, Julie and Lomi, acting as their 'wives'. Claire from agency Penna TCS was really pleased with the models and the photos they produced, the only slight problem being the location.
"It went well," Claire told us. "The models were pretty punctual, the location was tricky to find so some were a little late but nothing that put the shoot back and they made up the time. The models worked well to the brief and with the other models and crew."
All of the models enjoyed the photoshoot and came back to us with some great comments. Mike appreciated the opportunity to show off his modelling talents. "It was a really nice day," he told us. "It was a very good experience and I met some very nice people. Thank you so much."
Marcus felt that the best parts of the day were the location, the role he was asked to play and of course, being served champagne by the pool! "The assignment was great, good people to work with and in a lovely location," Marcus reported. "It was good being a model. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, and at the same time professional."
