We’ve been supplying gifted models to some of the most well-known brands for decades. From holiday operators and high street retail companies to well-established charities and media operations, clients know the most effective way to get their message across is to give us their modelling brief. We do the rest: putting forward the most suitable models to work with professionals in marketing campaigns across the UK.

We appreciate loyalty, but it’s not surprising that giants of the retail world come back to us time and time again. One of them is Morrisons, who’ve worked with us for years. Clients rely on several forms of marketing to inform customers what’s going on, and acquiring real models is just one of them. Social media posts, large print media and animated TV adverts are nothing new, although there’s something just that little bit more genuine when photographers and film-makers work with models. It’s another reason why the clients have grown both financially and in stature, and why we’ve been as busy as we’ve ever been.

Apply to be a model

Morrisons trust us to supply models whenever they need them, even if it’s a last-minute request. A request was for two models to help launch the supermarket’s “More Month” campaign.

“More Month” rewards loyal customers by helping them budget and save on a number of products, banking extra loyalty card points along the way. It complements the supermarket’s pledge to slash costs on 170 products, giving shoppers the same great choice without the worry of price inflations.

As Morrison’s HQ stated in the press, customer feedback was that September is an opportunity for them to adjust after the summer frivolities. Plus, we all keep an eye on finances before Christmas, so the money-saving promotion proved to be a hit with millions of the Morrison’s faithful.

The object of every business is to make profits. Morrisons have continually done this, although their regular saving incentives are a way to thank their customers without compromising on quality and service.

Hire a model

Our two models Morrisons picked for the “More Month” campaign were Suly and Mounika. They took part in a photo shoot prior to the promotion’s launch on 5th September.

It was a great success, from initial contact with Morrisons to selection, and through the day of the shoot to receiving their feedback.

Suly said, “It was a great experience from an amazing agency. They have a great team and they know the industry well. A big shout-out to Charlie and Mandy in the booking team. The job was a perfect fit for me – I’ll be staying under their representation for sure.”

“Models Direct gave me my first break in the modelling industry,” remarked Mounika. “I really enjoyed working with Morrisons. The work environment was very professional and fun, too. We had a great laugh during our shoot.

“My special thanks to Charlie. She is very supportive and informative, and kept me up-to-date with the whole process.  She is so kind and helped me all the way through the assignment.”

So it was another memorable day for our client and our models – well done to everyone involved. Suly and Mounika will now have been seen by thousands of people, but they won’t rest on their laurels. Models know to regularly update their portfolios to reflect their current looks and contact information.

They’ll look forward to more commercial modelling with us, and we’ll look forward to recommending them again to a variety of clients.
