Most of our clients have found the right models for their campaigns through us. Verdant Leisure is another example of a forward-thinking company who need everyday models portraying realistic characters to engage with potential customers.

When Verant Leisure came to us recently requesting a fun-loving family to take part in a two-day photo shoot at their Golden Coast Holiday Park in Woolacombe, North Devon, we scanned our lovely registered families and gave Verdant Leisure a shortlist of perfect modelling families.
From that initial list, the marketing team chose the Priestley family – much to their delight. Though they were naturally pleased to have been called up for this fabulous shoot, it wasn’t luck. Like all our models, the Priestley family knew that joining us gave them the best odds at finding fantastic modelling work with the best companies, and they updated their Models Direct portfolios to make sure any clients knew exactly what their looks and talent were.
So it wasn’t that much of a surprise to them when we told them the good news in September last year. In no time at all the family were packing their bags and heading to the picturesque north Devon coast – yes, they needed to pack luggage as accommodation was provided. Can you name another job for the family where this happens regularly? No, we didn’t think so!
And what did the two-day modelling job entail for the Priestleys?
Where do we start? The five-strong family enjoyed free self-catering accommodation, delicious diner-style food at a bowling alley, surfing on a wave machine, putting in style at crazy golf, and taking refreshing strolls on Woolacombe beach. And, of course, the family collected a handsome modelling fee after their two-day break.
The feedback was obviously outstanding. They said, “It was a great shoot! Gemma was a fantastic support throughout the process, and we’re looking forward to the next one.”
Their modelling assignment with Verdant Leisure again illustrated why families are highly sought-after. We’ve always known that they are invaluable to hundreds of our clients, and the Priestleys clearly demonstrated the value of commercial models.
