Models Direct is often approached to help supply models for campaigns and promotions for Holland & Barrett – and we are always happy to help!
Our models love stepping out in front of the camera for the national wellness retailer and we like to do our part in helping to promote products that help people to stay well.
The latest Holland & Barrett campaign that we have been involved with highlighted wellness trends for 2025.
Following recent research and its fourth annual Wellness Trends Report, Holland & Barrett wanted to emphasise it felt this would be the year of brain food, fibre, fertility and functional tea!
It suggested more people than ever were keen to take preventative measures to ensure good health and longevity.
Among the products customers seemed to be seeking were lion’s mane, sleep aid mocktails and turmeric supplements.
Health enthusiasts were also eager to find foods that would be good for their brains, including fermented products such as kimchi and kefir, which are now thought to possibly have a positive impact on attention and memory, as well as gut health.
The importance of the oral microbiome – ensuring good bacteria in the mouth – was also shown to be growing in significance and there is now also a realisation that many of us are not eating enough fibre.
In women’s health, there has been a move towards products that could help mothers-to-be stay well through later-in-life pregnancies…
And natural skincare products and teas that bring positive health benefits are also becoming more and more popular.
Here at Models Direct we also like to emphasise the importance of staying healthy and well – indeed, we are only too keen to offer tips and advice ourselves.
Our agents were therefore also pleased when we were invited to team up Holland & Barrett once again.
They requested a female model and we gave them a shortlist of potential candidates who met requirements.
Our client selected Maissaa and she was only too thrilled to take part!
