Models Direct models earn money in today’s market with a nice paycheck. Our agency has been running for 35 years, and our mission is to make modelling accessible for everyone. We love connecting our wonderful talent to clients across the UK and sometimes abroad, too!
But no one likes to do paid work and not get paid, right? Unfortunately, some modelling agencies out there have put their models in this difficult position where they haven’t been appreciated for their time. Our agency *never* does this! We’re government-regulated and we give our models peace of mind and guarantee that they’ll be receiving a cheque in the post within 5 working days of completing their assignment.
Many of our models are happy to take a selfie holding their cheque up for the camera. If you’ve seen any images with our happy models on our website or socials, you know that they’ll they look very pleased.
Who wouldn’t? Especially when you’ve been paid for your hard work and appreciated for your time and effort..
Just as an important side note: we never disclose our model’s personal information, including their bank details, in any images.
Each modelling assignment varies in how much our model will generate, but as a rough guide, models can earn anywhere between £50 to £300 for a day’s work. Every client has a different budget and timeframe they need to employ a model for, so it does vary.
Our agency will meet with the client and negotiate a reasonable fee for the job. We’ll take into consideration factors such as time, travel, food, and refreshments in the price our client is proposing. Once this has been agreed, our specialist coordinator will inform our chosen model about the assignment, including how much they’ll earn. If our model is happy to go ahead – amazing. However, there are times they might not be able to proceed, which could be due to the amount that they learn, but we never penalise them for this.

“My second assignment via Models Direct for the same client as my first shoot. Another great experience, a really enjoyable way to spend a few hours while earning some money at the same time!
It’s very interesting watching the production team set up each shot. There were around 15 models on this shoot, some experienced and some newbies, and it’s fun getting to know each other.
Gemma at Models Direct was excellent as usual with clear communication leading up to the shoot and then on the day………and the follow-up call after each shoot is a really nice touch.
Looking forward to my next assignment! ”
