Most businesses need people to succeed (or even to function at all). Machines and technology have assisted civilization greatly for centuries, and technological advances will always be key to improvements in any department. Keep them coming, we say.

But we must be realistic and honest. There are plenty of jobs that machines simply can’t do; the human touch is essential.
And modelling, of course, relies on the human touch more than most industries.
Artificial Intelligence is making waves in the media and it’s something everyone should be aware of. It can assist in our modern world, but we mustn’t think of it as the go-to solution to modelling. Quite the opposite – when a dreamy backdrop can be crafted artificially, most people appreciate the talents and looks of a real person to complement the image. And with commercial modelling, it’s not just real people that thrive – it’s real everyday people just like 99% of the population.

The assignments sent to us by the brands we call clients call for models that represent the public, hence the phrase “everyday models”. The jobs need models to reflect what the public are thinking, and they need models which the public can resonate and connect with. And that’s why, with a little dedication, confidence and patience, just about anyone can become a commercial model.
That’s the main concept of supplying commercial models to businesses. As a modelling employment agency, we don’t instigate the roles in which we place our registered models. The roles that arrive in our inboxes come from well-known brands actively seeking everyday people for various photoshoots and short films. The aim? To advertise their products and services to the public, so that their brand remains relevant and revenues hopefully increase.

YOU can work with our brands by taking the first step and applying with us. The industry is very competitive, but most are. However, you’ll be best placed to be seen by the brands that need someone like you, and they ultimately pick the models they want.
We encourage (or insist!) that once models register with us, they keep their individual Models Direct portfolios in tip-top condition by adding fresh and up-to-date images and reels, so clients know exactly what you look like whenever a job offer is given.
