When Models Direct was approached by renowned airline Jet2 to find a group of child models we were only too happy to fasten our seatbelts and strap in for the flight.
The British passenger carrier and tour operator was seeking a group of enthusiastic youngsters to help promote their new children’s in-flight meals in recyclable boxes.
And we came up with the perfect selection of girls and boys to dress up and step into the shoes of cabin crew for the day.
Among those chosen to take part were little Henry and Holly, both of whom were only too happy to spread their wings and try something new.
The pair were given tiny versions of Jet2 uniforms and asked to wander up and down the aisle as if they were serving hungry passengers.

Jet2 in-flight kids’ meals to come in recyclable boxes
The new eco-friendly boxes can be filled with a selection of meal choices, such as all-day breakfasts, crispy chicken strips and macaroni cheese.
Snacks, activity packs and colouring pencils can also be included.
So does time fly when you are having fun with the UK’s biggest tour operator and third-largest scheduled airline?
Henry’s parent told us this could be the start of an exciting journey for the youngster:
“Henry had his photo shoot and he thoroughly enjoyed it.
“The photo shoot was straight forward and all the staff involved were great.
“It was lovely to meet the other children and their families.
“We were kept up to date by Models Direct regarding itinerary on the day and can’t wait to take him on the next photo shoot.”
And Holly was also reported to be on cloud nine:
“Holly had a really great day doing the Jet2 new children’s meals campaign – it was a good first experience for her.
“The shoot was very informal and all involved were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
“I hope Holly is able to have more experiences like this as she really enjoyed working with the other children and Tom the photographer was very friendly and put her at ease.
“Thanks for the opportunity and we hope there will be many more in the future.”
