“Last Friday’s shoot went absolutely brilliantly and we’re excited to launch the campaign this winter. As this was my first time using a modelling agency, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Models Direct delivered at every stage.
I worked exclusively with Marie, who was courteous, professional and always quick to respond. She was informative, helpful and patient – which I especially appreciated as a first-time client. Her guidance made the entire process easy to follow and stress-free.
The assignment itself went exceedingly well. Despite the location being a little awkward to reach, all models arrived on time and in good spirits. The day was long but every model remained polite and engaged. Ilyana stood out for her energy and enthusiasm throughout. When the schedule created downtime, several models offered to assist in other areas – a level of initiative we didn’t expect but truly valued.

A special mention goes to Rameesah. Due to unforeseen and tragic news, our make-up artist had to leave the shoot early. Rameesah stepped up and, after a quick discussion with me and our creative team, created her own look that worked perfectly for the campaign.
Our photographer was impressed by how well the models responded to direction and their efforts to understand the vision behind each shot. The professionalism across the board made a strong impression.
