Models Direct often teams up with the NHS and other healthcare organisations – we have such a wonderful selection of models on our books that they know we can always help.
For over 35 years now, we have been sending everyday male, female and child models on all sorts of jobs where normal people are required to step out in front of the camera.
For this assignment, public health collaborative Champs and the NHS in Cheshire and Merseyside needed some female models and – of course – we had just the perfect people…
Champs is led by the nine directors of public health in Cheshire and Merseyside and aims to improve the health and well-being of the 2.7 million people it serves.
These healthcare organisations and the NHS wanted to try to stem winter illness by emphasising the need to wash hands, sanitise surfaces, cover faces and maintain a distance from others if someone suspected they might be unwell.
The campaign, which was launched under the slogan Simple Things Still Mean a Lot, also thanked the general public for its support.
We offered the client a shortlist of models that fitted the brief, and from it they chose female models Abinaya, Carol and Paige.
And how did they find the experience?
Carol had worked with us before. She said:
“This was my second assignment – this time for an NHS campaign in a Liverpool studio.
“It was a great experience and learning curve, as this assignment included a speaking part and having a green screen behind.
“The client was professional and the models were lovely to work with, making me feel at ease throughout.
“Gemma kept me informed throughout.
“Thank you for such a great experience.”
Abinaya told us:
“This shoot was definitely so much fun!
“They were amazing co-models to work alongside and we had a laugh while on set and working with a team of people who knew exactly what they were looking for!”
And Paige agreed:
“I had a great day shooting for Models Direct.
“The staff members were very friendly and interactive during the shoot, which made me feel very comfortable in front of the camera.”
