LUXURY PET CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
When I saw the advertisement from Models Direct for a dog model, our Sid sounded like he'd fit the bill! He had recently modelled in a local photo shoot for a clothing brand and he was the star of the show! The shoot we attended was for a London based dog clothing and accessories brand that are launching this September and needed some photos for the website and other relevant media. It helped when I was giving Sid commands so that he posed well, and he also got lots of treats for being good. He sat well for what they needed and fell asleep a few times on set - which was sometimes perfect for the image of the photo, but sometimes we did have to wake him up!As he is only five months we were a little worried about his reaction to trains, tubes and the business of London travelling in peak times but he was brilliant and even fell asleep a few times on the journey. The best part of the day for Sid was all the fuss and treats he was getting. He learnt a lot from the day and it did wonders for his training. It’s certainly made me more confident in taking him places and being able to trust his behaviour in different circumstances and environments.I would recommend to other puppy owners to do something like this because it’s excellent for socializing your pup and getting some lovely photos of them while they are still small! We would love to do more of these shoots and hope to build him a portfolio that will allow us to do so more often. It was a great experience for him so we would like to keep it going!

I had a fantastic shoot with Models Direct, Rhiannon and the camera/video team were so cool and made me feel very homely. Going to the cafe and Tower Bridge for me was very special. And my partner for the shoot was very good (we worked well together)!

We recently took part in our first family photoshoot. It was a swim shoot, where we each had individual photos and videos taken as well as together as a family. The focus was on capturing us all having fun, and it was a great experience from start to finish. We all genuinely enjoyed the afternoon. The staff were friendly and approachable, taking the time to chat with us and make sure we were comfortable throughout. The whole environment was relaxed, which helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera, especially as it was our first time. It didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. It’s definitely something we’d love to do again in the future. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such an enjoyable afternoon.

Filming the Bensons for Beds commercial was a great experience, I learnt a lot. It was the first time that I had shot a TV ad, so it was all new to me. So much goes on behind screen that you don't even think of! I enjoyed working alongside my 'boyfriend' Dan, and Kim was lovely too. It was a very long day (arriving at 7.30 finishing at 6.30), but Vidu and all the crew were really nice and they kindly put on food for us. The make up and wardrobe girls were really helpful too.
I'm excited (if not a little nervous?!) to see the ad once it has been put together!

I did a photo shoot with Sunrise Medical in Birmingham. It was such good fun, the company made me feel so welcome and I learnt quite a bit from both sides of the camera. I look forward to other opportunities that may come my way.

Today was my very first ad shoot, and I have to say, it was an exciting, fun-filled, and eye-opening experience.
From the moment I arrived at the studio, there was a buzz of energy in the air. The team was welcoming, and everyone seemed to be in their zone, preparing for what would turn out to be an unforgettable day. As we got started with the first few shots, I was amazed at how many people were behind the scenes, coordinating everything to perfection. The lighting, camera angles, and even the smallest details were all being adjusted to ensure the best results.
It was fascinating to see all the effort that goes into creating a perfect shot. While I expected there to be a lot of waiting around and setting up, the team made it smooth and fun with music, laughter, and light conversation. By midday, I felt like I had settled into my role and was having a blast.
It was not just about posing; it was about feeling the moment and connecting with the camera. I definitely felt more comfortable as the day went on, and there were several moments where I genuinely enjoyed being in front of the camera.
I would also thank my agent, Charlie, for her constand and prompt response to every query I had and in making this process as smooth and memorable as possible for me. In short, my first ad shoot was a thrilling experience. It was everything I hoped for and more, and I can’t wait to do it again!

Photoshoot for The Royal College of Nursing
That's my 2nd job with Models Direct and it was another great experience!
This photoshoot felt special because we had to be in the skin of nurses in action and show, as best as we could, their amazing skill set, dedication and human connection they bring every day. The production team and the photographer were professional and really nice. We were guided by an experienced nurse, so I felt confident that I was representing nurses as realistically as possible!
The other models from Models Direct were super nice too. So nice vibes overall!
Thanks

My two dalmatians were booked to appear at a Christmas 'animal movie magic' event, held at Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines. As this was Bongo and Boris's first assignment I did feel a little nervous beforehand as I didn't know what to expect, but we all ended up having such a fantastic day! Bingo, Boris and I enjoyed the huge attention we received by the general public and this was a great experience from both dogs. Everyone loved having their photos taken with them and it was such a proud moment to see Bongo's poster up on the Two Rivers billboards. This has definitely been a good experience for both dogs and something useful to put on the portfolio as well as probably having some good photos to show as the local paper came to take photos. We decided to join Models Direct to show off our dalmatians as they're very well behaved and classic looking dogs, and they certainly seemed to please all that met them today!
