No one likes to be ignored or undervalued. We like to be involved, and we like to be busy. We like to use our skills and be recognised for them. A lot of our positivity derives from our extra-curricular activities and our social life, and our work.
Whilst there is work available that won’t appeal to everyone, our models know that commercial modelling will suit anybody who’s given serious thought to it.
We’ve been championing full inclusivity ever since we started our business in 1990. Inclusivity means encompassing everyone, and valuing what they can add to any occasion. We’re all different, but we all like to be appreciated, and that’s where commercial modelling can be a part of anyone’s life.

As we launch into 2026, we are generating more exciting modelling jobs with more brands up and down the UK. It’s a progress that we expect to see, given the impact of marketing campaigns online, on TV and in printed media.

According to the Family Resources Survey, there were 16.1 million people in the UK living with a disability in the financial year of 2022/23, which represented 24% of the total population.
This demonstrates the scale of how people’s daily lives and those around them are being impacted.
Having a disability doesn’t mean that we ignore people’s rights, which is why inclusivity has been a vital term used in recent years.
Raising awareness and communication in people with all abilities is key, and putting this into action is a joint effort from everyone on an individual level, through to big corporation scale.
