Models Direct has always been proud to represent people of all ages, looks, backgrounds, heritages, abilities and sexualities.
Diversity shines brightly in absolutely everything we do – from the models we agree to represent to the clients we work for and the assignments we send people along to.
We have been in the business for a long time now (over 35 years!) and we are busier than ever, finding work for our models and forging new relationships with big-name clients.
We have seen many changes in the modelling, fashion, advertising and entertainment industries over the years – most of which have been for the better.
Our agency has always been diverse but now we are thrilled to see so many others choosing to operate in the same way.
Clients, production companies working for them and media outlets all opting to accept the fact that each of us is unique, special and beautiful in our own ways.

Wonderful and delightful experience.
I had a wonderful experience at the Greene King Pub Chain photoshoot on Friday, 27 January 2026 in London. This was my 5th assignment with Models Direct and it was phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment of the entire photoshoot.
The photographic team were most welcoming, absolutely brilliant and very helpful. They were also meticulously organised, professional and patiently explained each photoshoot to each of us. We were taken very good care of all through the photoshoot.
The ambience was warm, most delightful and so joyful all through the photoshoot. It was such a beautiful experience working with a small group of amazing models who made one another feel like family.

Children and teens have big dreams even at their young age. Whilst some ambitions might sound a little unlikely (Prime Minister in the making, anyone?) plenty of goals are achievable with hard work and commitment.
Parents want their children to be healthy and happy, and that starts at home and at school, which then encourages them to explore new opportunities with their friends and in social circles. All children and teens have different skills and interests, and watching their journey from child to young adult to adult can be inspiring.
Commercial modelling has been on the rise ever since we started our operations way back in 1990. More companies realise the value of everyday models as the best way to supplement advertising campaigns and in turn appeal to the widest possible customer base. Some brands might use gimmicks – which can be good – and some simply use words to get their message across. Most, however, keep coming back to us to ask us to provide them the best talent we have on our books. That hasn’t changed. And children and teens play a huge part.
