GLAMOUROUS Our main duties were to meet and greet, take coats, and serve drinks.The best thing about the assignment was when people asked to take pictures with us. It felt very good to be labelled as a model. I felt beautiful and glamourous.
YOU'RE WELCOME The day was well-organised and fun. Our role was to host tables and make the clients feel welcome. The girls I worked alongside were polite and helped throughout the day, while the staff were supportive and grateful for our work.
FRIENDS FOREVER I had a brilliant day and am looking forward to meeting up with some of the girls I met an the assignment.
100 PERCENT It was a great day and the people were very friendly. We were you asked to be a hostess to customers. I would 100 percent do it again.
SECOND ASSIGNMENT This was my second assignment for Models Direct. I really enjoyed the day; all the models and the clients were lovely, and I was very pleased to be asked again. Katie at Models Direct helped me to arrange parking, which was a great help.
A GREAT TEAM I worked with a great team in a good environment. The assignment was very enjoyable and I met some great people.
CO-ORDINATED ELEGANCE It felt extremly nice to be a model for the day, especially since all the girls were made to dress the same, which gave an air of co-ordinated elegance. The best thing about the assignment was meeting new people and to be able to have conversations with people with whom you normally wouldn't. We were asked to greet guests at the door, take them to their seat, take their coats, mingle and serve the drinks.
MINGLING WITH VIP We were asked to waitress and mingle with VIP guests. I really enjoyed it, very different from the day job.
FREE SAMPLES It was a lovely experience. A very professional shoot. Everything ran smoothly. We even finished the shoot an hour earlier. The photographer and the people involved (representing the company, Nelsons, that needed to brand their new product, SpaTone) were very focused, knew what they wanted from the start and had an open, bright attitude. They happily embraced my suggestions, whenever I had any. It was a wonderfully creative group to work with. I think we all made a great team, working together in a harmounious way. It felt light and fun. I also got a small box of the product I was advertising for free.
A TASTE OF VIP I enjoyed the assignment, which was for a VIP hostess. This involved waiting tables and taking jackets. It was an enjoyable day and a good experience.
The assignment was very enjoyable and I met some great people. I was initially nervous, being my first job with models direct, but I got on very well with the other girls and the client. Helped to serve drinks and ensure that the VIPs were attended to.
The best thing about the assignment was being able to be myself. I spoke to a lot of the people and everyone was very kind. I was in charge of meeting and greeting, taking coats and taking drink orders.
The day was a great experience, I was well looked after all day and my role and responsibilities were thoroughly explained to me at the beginning of the assignment. I was asked to be hostess for several tables, including chatting to the clients and taking their coats and offering them anything from drinks to programmes and generally looking after them for the day. The best thing about the assignment was the fast paced, non-stop day that was challenging as well as fun and rewarding.
The photographer made me feel really comfortable and I felt really good about myself. The photographer took lots of head and shoulder shots of me and showed me how the different lights on the cameras work with my hair and eyes. They looked really good, I would definately say yes to doing this again. I really enjoyed the day.
I worked for Sarah Ireland at The Arsenal Supporters Club big charity auction for The Willow Foundation Charity which supports cancer patients. The evening was absolutely amazing, great food, and most of all lovely people coming together for a great cause. I felt proud to be part of something like this and was treated with the utmost respect and was made to feel valued for my service.
I thoroughly enjoyed the assignment. The staff were all very friendly, receptive and welcoming. The assignment was for an NHS campaign and I was asked to represent a lady with back pain.
It was a good evening. Doing promotional work is always great fun. It was also good as it was a charity event. I was asked to wear a football strip and help with a silent auction.
We were asked to recreate a NHS poster. Great shoot, friendly photographer and good directions from creative director. Other models there for shoot were great to work with.
LIVE SHOW I really enjoyed working for Models Direct and with the friendly people from The White Company. I loved the experience of taking part in a live show.
NHS MODEL My assignment with the NHS was lots of fun. I had a great day. The photographer was also really friendly and put me at ease. I look forward to my next assignment with Models Direct.
ENERGY SAVING MODEL I had a great experience modelling for Models Direct. Everyone was very nice. I really enjoyed working with the other model. We both had photos taken with a new design of fridge-freezers that save costs and energy as they are of. It was really enjoyable as the photographer and client described what they wanted and made me feel really comfortable.
LIFESTYLE SHOOT As a personal trainer, I had the opportunity to adopt a series of very natural poses for a lifestyle shoot arranged by Models Direct. It was highly enjoyable and the photographer was very thorough. I was allowed to keep a copy of the photos for my personal promotion.
A GOOD CAUSE I was asked by Models Direct to model for a photoshoot for a woman’s campaign, which is something I have not done before. I really enjoyed the assignment, mainly because it was for a good cause. The people were very friendly and helpful and made me feel really nice and needed. I would love to do it again!
POSING FOR THE CAMERAS The Models Direct assignment for The Cobra Group was great. The best thing was posing for the cameras and having shots taken! We were asked to do natural shots for the camera outside (on location). It felt great to be a model for the day!
GETTING INTO CHARACTER I really enjoyed the Models Direct assignment for The Cobra Group. It was nice to dress up in smart business clothes, which really helped me get into character for doing the business shots. The other models I worked with on the day were really nice and easy to chat to and get along with, which made the photo shoot fun. The assignment involved doing some natural, and some posed business shots for the client's company brochures and website. We therefore had to shoot around the office in a variety of locations, which made the shoot interesting. The best part was that the photographer made us all feel very relaxed and gave us some direction, which made it easy to work.
A PROMPT JOB Everyone was really prompt. The Models Direct Assignments Coordinator was really helpful; all the documents and info were sent out swiftly. The photographer Alex was lovely. We were asked to act like we were in an office environment while they took the photos. The best thing about this assignment was how at ease we were made to feel and also the other models were fabulous. I would definitely do more work for The Cobra Group and Models Direct!
The assignment for Hill and knowlton went well. The client was very helpful and good to work with, the client knew what they wanted which always helps.
A FABULOUS DAY It felt amazing to be a model for the day. I worked with four other models who were all lovely people and the camera crew made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I modelled for a business called 'The Cobra Group'. We did our shoot outdoors; luckily it was a sunny day. We were asked to just look natural as business partners, shaking hands and general talk and laughter. All in all I had a fabulous day and can't wait for my next assignment from Models Direct!
TEST SHOTS The modelling assignment for Activity Domain LTD was great. The client was lovely and he treated me well. He was taking test shots to test out the lighting equipment. I saw some of the pictures and they were great. Thank you for the assignment Models Direct!
NATURAL FEATURES I really enjoyed the modelling assignment with Models Direct, as it was a natural feature for me to laugh. All the ladies were very open and made me feel at ease. The photographer's made me feel so at ease I thought nothing about meeting everyone for the first time. They gave good and clear instructions and I did not feel I was really working. We were asked to look as if we were enjoying a lunch time tea party with cakes laid out. Even though we had to do multiple takes, I really enjoyed the experience.
