I received a call from Gemma to participate in a photoshoot session for Alzheimer's Research UK at a Community Centre in a lovely remote area. It has been a great experience. The photo shoot staff was amicable, welcoming, professional, and supportive throughout the session. I had the opportunity to interact and socialise with people and ultimately had fun doing it.It turned out to be an enjoyable sunny day in the countryside.Thanks Gemma. JUMPING IN THE AIR
At first I was nervous, as I didn’t know what to expect given that this was my first assignment, but meeting the Action Images team and the other models made it really easy for me to just get on with the job. The best part of the assignment was having the pictures taken and acting out scenarios - the experience as a whole was brilliant. The assignment was for the FIFA 2014 World Cup campaign. We were asked to wear colours of the teams that were participating as well as having our faces painted. Once we were all dressed up we had to pretend to celebrate a goal, or jump in the air etc - acting like fans would at a real game. I gained a lot of confidence, as the team made it really easy for me to be myself and just get on with it. I would definitely recommend my experience to others, in fact I already have because I got a lot out of it, and it would be nice if others could so as well.I would highly advise anyone pursuing a career in the talent industry to join an agency, as it just makes the whole process much easier and for a fraction of the cost. My main reason for joining up with Models Direct was because my friends told me I should do modelling and this agency was very appealing to me. I don’t regret it one bit.

Today I did a shoot for some university accommodation and it was sooo much fun!! At the start there was some issue with location but it was sorted out very quickly by the staff at the shoot and the agent! Other than that, the shoot ran very smoothly and we got done on time!!
I met some really lovely people there and had time to also mingle together and get to know each other before and in-between shoots, so I think it improved our chemistry when actually taking pictures! The staff directed us on what to do and were very helpful and kind! Thank you so much for this really cool opportunity!!!
