I want for you to know that my shoot on Friday turned out to be a 100% success and I was very satisfied to have undertaken this assignment. My only regret was the difficulty in finding the venue by relying on busses when there happened to be a tram depot just across the road! This I discovered after I left the shoot but luckily, the event had been postponed for an hour and a half - so I was in fact early! I met with Jeremy and his photographer along with another girl from Models Direct already in the car being photographed. Sorry I did not get any pre-shoot photos of the event but I really didn't want to disrupt the work going on. I didn't understand the concept of the seatbelt extender at first but now I realised how useful it would be for plus-size drivers - and why I was chosen for the shoot! All in all I cannot fault the afternoon's work and upon leaving, they appeared as pleased with me as I was with them. I hope this product will become a roaring success and I feel pleased to have been a part in its launch. Thanks for the opportunity and hope to work with Models Direct again in the near future.

This is my first shoot with Models Direct and I must say it was a beautiful experience.The shoot was seamlessly engaging and fun...it almost didn't feel like work atall.The energy of other models seemed to match a great deal. I met other models at the shoot who are from Models Direct too. Felt like a good representation from the agency.And then the video and photography team were all cordial and amazing. They made the shoot easy and fun.Would definitely love to have this a couple of more times.

JUMPING IN THE AIR
At first I was nervous, as I didn’t know what to expect given that this was my first assignment, but meeting the Action Images team and the other models made it really easy for me to just get on with the job. The best part of the assignment was having the pictures taken and acting out scenarios - the experience as a whole was brilliant. The assignment was for the FIFA 2014 World Cup campaign. We were asked to wear colours of the teams that were participating as well as having our faces painted. Once we were all dressed up we had to pretend to celebrate a goal, or jump in the air etc - acting like fans would at a real game. I gained a lot of confidence, as the team made it really easy for me to be myself and just get on with it. I would definitely recommend my experience to others, in fact I already have because I got a lot out of it, and it would be nice if others could so as well.I would highly advise anyone pursuing a career in the talent industry to join an agency, as it just makes the whole process much easier and for a fraction of the cost. My main reason for joining up with Models Direct was because my friends told me I should do modelling and this agency was very appealing to me. I don’t regret it one bit.

Shoot with the British Red Cross
Had my first shoot booked with models direct yesterday for the British Red Cross. Had an amazing experience from start to finish.
Gemma was amazing at helping get me all the information, arranging access for my wheelchair and was such a lovely helpful person to talk to. She really set my mind at ease.
The shoot itself was amazing and all the other models, the co-ordinator, photographer and make up artist were so kind and fun to work with.
Was great fun and can’t wait to do another shoot with models direct soon.
