Absolutely amazing members of staff. We had a fab day out with the family. Our daughter enjoyed her experience as it was her first photo shoot. The staff made her feel very relaxed and forgetful of any cameras being around. They had plenty of activities organised for the children while the photo shoot was happening. Then as a family we had a free pass of the area for the rest of the day. Refreshments and ice creams were available for the whole family as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks everyone!

The day went very smoothly from start to finish and I was given all the information that I needed prior to the shoot. I was given a lovely make over and all the staff at Krow were wonderful, very friendly, supportive and helpful.
