Yesterday, we had our very first family photoshoot at a popular holiday park and it was incredible from start to finish! The entire team made us feel so welcome and completely at ease. Everything was taken care of the moment we arrived, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience.
We even brought our dog along, and he was able to join in on some of the photos. The team had people on hand to help look after him as well, which was a lovely touch.
A special thank you goes to Gemma at Models Direct, who went above and beyond behind the scenes to organise everything and ensure the shoot ran smoothly. Her clear instructions and support made a huge difference.

I had the pleasure of working with Model Direct for a recent campaign, and I can’t express how wonderful the entire experience was. From the very beginning, the team made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. Their professionalism and kindness created an atmosphere where I could truly relax and give my best. Phoebe said " at first I was a little nervous as this was my first assignment and didn't know what to expect. The crew were funny and made me and Toby laugh. I had to play games with Toby while photos were taken. I forgot about the camera as I was having fun playing! I learnt that we have to sit up straight and keep smiling as we were playing. I had fun and would like to do it again"
Phoebe had been with Models Direct for two years before securing this assignment posing for Learning Resources catalogue, so you need to be patient and most importantly make sure that your profile is updated regularly.

Shoot and ServiceAll started of with kara lots of appreciation towards you! , Excellent service from her , who chose my son and always updating us with any information and having the correct photos up to date and always staying in contact and then we went in touch with Gemma and she’s absolutely a star, thank you so much! the customers service , the interaction on daily basis always keeping in contact and updating us with anything related to the shoot and we felt really comfortable in contacting both team members we didn’t feel any different but felt like a big part of a family any procedures we went through was really fast and efficient with no delays from their side having calls to generally catch up with anything making us sure and comfortable having the perfect information all set up instructions going with the flow , reliable company really great team workers everyone was really good.
On the day of the shoot we went and we had a really nice and warm welcome, we had an induction and went around the rooms so in each room what will be happening and where the toilets /cafe everything is ect making it easier to follow through and navigate. We had a really amazing time being cared of and making it feel like a home! The service and hospitality were really great. The model himself really enjoyed and the staff in the shoot (all) were fabulous and a friendly team with great service provided from all staff on the day.
Hope to come back again and experience this wonderful events and we enjoyed as well as the model himself really was happy to participate in the event and the experience he gained he had a really good time.
