I have been extremely impressed with Models Direct as an Agency due to many factors. From the registration process with Heidi who actually had conversations with me and didn't make me feel like just a number to get on their books to pay the fee, but who I felt was completely genuine, watching their active and impressive social media postings (hoping one day I would be up there!), good luck wishes and well done posts and stories, to being active in looking for work for me from the beginning.
And then there's Gemma! Gemma has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so helpful in booking in my first job with Models Direct and was in regular contact, sending through booking information, promptly answered any queries that I had, helped me to feel at ease in the lead up, wished me luck on the day and then followed up after the shoot. Gemma really is a credit to the agency as she is professional, friendly, personable, positive, full of encouragement and very knowledgeable.
I am still smiling from ear to ear after the shoot yesterday as I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! My male model partner was a perfect match for me, and the photographers were so helpful, experienced, laid back, calming and such a pleasure to work with, we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and had such a laugh! The client was very accommodating also, looked after us very well and made us feel special.
I honestly can't thank Models Direct and Gemma enough and will always have the fondest memories of my first shoot!

We have just done our first assignment, a 2 day family photo shoot with our 2 daughters who are 13 and 4 and our auntie and uncle (as nanny and grandad) I was nervous about it in the run up as I wasn’t sure how my 4 year old would cope but Charlie from models direct really helped me feel at ease a couple of days prior to the shoot, she also made sure we had all of the information we needed to prepare and answered all questions we had promptly. Their clients at the shoot itself were very nice and friendly and made it fun, one in particular was amazing with our youngest daughter which made it much easier and more enjoyable. They really looked after us whilst we were there.

My son Noah got chosen for a photoshoot, it was his first one and I wasn’t too sure how it would go but it was amazing!
Noah was a natural, he loved the camera and the team who were there were so lovely and helpful. One of the girls actually bought him a present to help keep him entertained in between times, which was so kind of her. He had a really fun day, it went a lot easier and quicker than I ever expected and it felt really relaxed.
I’d love Noah to be involved in more shoots like this as he really enjoyed it.
It gave us a wee day out to do something fun and I felt really proud of Noah.

Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.
The communication beforehand was clear and helpful, so I knew exactly where to be, what time, and what was expected of me, which made everything run very smoothly.
When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the whole team the photographer, and everyone involved were so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable right away.
The atmosphere on set was positive, creative, and very relaxed, which helped me feel confident and do my best work. I really loved the shoot and the concepts we worked on. The team gave great direction and guidance, but also allowed me to express myself and bring my own energy to the photos.
Everything was very well organised, the timing was perfect, and I felt I was treated with great respect throughout the day.
I honestly enjoyed every moment of it, and it has been such a wonderful opportunity for me. It was a pleasure working with everyone, and I would love to work with them all again in the future.
