1st timeI’d like to start by expressing my genuine appreciation for finally being given the opportunity to take part in the recent commercial shoot for Greene King at Cheadle Hulme. This was my first modeling experience with Models Direct since joining back in 2023, and overall, the day itself was incredibly fulfilling. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a vibrant set, meeting new people, and contributing to scenes I didn’t expect to be involved in — it truly gave me a glimpse into the potential of what this career could be.
That said, I do feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding the process leading up to this point. While I’m grateful for the experience, I can’t ignore the fact that it’s taken nearly three years to receive my first assignment. During this time, I’ve seen others come on board and secure shoots within a couple of months, which has been difficult to witness as someone who’s been committed to the journey since 2023.
I understand that opportunities in this industry can be unpredictable, and that sometimes it’s about timing and fit. However, the wait has been disheartening at times, especially without consistent communication or clarity on how I could have improved my chances. I say this not out of complaint, but out of a sincere desire to be considered more actively moving forward.
The shoot reminded me how much I enjoy this space, and I hope this can be the beginning of more regular opportunities. I’m committed, adaptable, and ready to bring more energy and professionalism to future assignments.
Thank you again for the opportunity — I just hope it won’t take another three years for the next one.

I had a great time working with everyone. It was a nice environment to work in and everyone was very professional and welcoming. I did a kids council project which was very fun and cool. It was easy to take instructions and apply them. I would rate my experience a 10/10!

Working with this company was such a genuinely lovely experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth, kindness and a really positive atmosphere. Even though the session was fast-paced to fit everything into the timeframe, the team made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout.
They walked me through every part of the process as many times as I needed, offered drinks, set up a portable heater because the warehouse was cold, and made sure I had privacy whenever I needed it. They also helped with hair and make-up, and their photographer was so friendly and reassuring — it made the whole shoot feel relaxed, fun, and natural rather than strict or pressured.
There were lots of smiles, lots of laughing and so much encouragement. I genuinely enjoyed every shoot and working with their products. Overall, it was such a lovely experience and I would 100% work with them again.

We recently had the opportunity to take part in a family modelling shoot for Verdant Leisure at Pease Bay Holiday Park, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.It was a full family experience for us — myself, my wife, our two children and our dog — and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff at the holiday park were professional, friendly and warm, and the accommodation was beautiful. We were kindly put up the night before, which made the whole experience relaxed and stress-free.The modelling day itself was exceptional. The entire crew were fantastic with both the children and our dog, making everyone feel completely at ease. As first-time models, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the team were incredibly patient and encouraging, and the kids had an absolute blast.What we particularly loved was that it didn’t feel like we were simply posing for photographs. Most of the day involved genuine family activities — playing football, enjoying the play park, building sandcastles, getting involved with the entertainment team and generally having fun together. It felt very natural, and the photographers and crew did a fantastic job of capturing those genuine family moments.The support from Models Direct throughout the whole experience was also fantastic. Their communication was excellent — they called to make sure we had arrived safely, checked in with us throughout the day and were always available if we needed anything. Gemma in particular was amazing and made the whole process flow incredibly smoothly from the modelling agency’s side. It really helped take away any nerves we had as first-time models.From the initial contact through to the actual shoot, the whole experience was incredibly well organised and enjoyable.As first-time models, we can’t wait for our next assignment and would absolutely recommend Models Direct to anyone considering getting involved in modelling.A huge thank you to everyone at Models Direct for giving our family such a fantastic opportunity and making the whole experience so enjoyable!
