My daughter recently participated in an advertising project with Model Direct, and the experience was truly wonderful. The team did an excellent job making the day great. They clearly explained what she would be doing, when she would be doing it, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the process.
She especially enjoyed working with Julian Cohen, who played the piano during the shoot. Everyone was professional, friendly, and supportive, which helped her feel confident and excited. The communication was clear from start to finish.
Overall, Model Direct handled everything very well, and my daughter had a fantastic experience.

What a fantastic photoshoot with so many amazing products shortly due to hit the market. The children had a blast!
Models Direct kept us up-to-date with important details leading up to the shoot, ensured all questions were answered, and shared a clear itinerary so we all knew what to expect in advance.
On set, the photographers and client put the children and ease, quickly built a rapport and balanced support with giving them the freedom they needed to really show the products off. The children’s input was valued throughout the day and it was a great opportunity for the client to ‘road-test’ the products too.
Models Direct followed up with us the next morning and shared some brilliant feedback. Their communication and support throughout has been exemplary.
Overall, there was lots of fun and laughter, and some fabulous photos as a result. The whole experience has given the children a real confidence boost and they can’t wait to get involved in more!"

This was an incredible experience filming for The Slimming Clinic. Neil (the director) and myself had a long 7 hour drive up to Edinburgh but we hit it off straight away and chatted the whole time. After arriving we went into filming practically straight away and everyone worked so hard. We were a team and bounced ideas off each other, to make filming feel as natural as possible, since it was a training video. All those involved from Charlotte the doctor, Lesley the Dietitian and Phil the movement coach, to Dan the other videographer, they were all so supportive and made me feel so welcome. Over the 2 days, we worked for many hours none stop, but we all did it with such great positivity to achieve as much as possible. Filming wrapped for now, but what an absolutely epic weekend!!! Such an awesome assignment,with awesome people and I remembered my lines!! I stayed in a lovely hotel, ate some super tasty grub and managed to keep my energy up for the whole 2 days. So humbled and greatful to have been chosen for this assignment. Thank you Charlie @ models direct for being so supportive as well. Xx

I had the pleasure of participating in a shoot today, and I wanted to share my experience. The day began with a warm welcome at reception, where I enjoyed a refreshing cup before heading to the set. There, I met Chris Golding, whose exuberance whose and detailed briefing set the tone for the day. His perspective in the country setting and clear outline of the project were both engaging and informative.
Caitlin, one of the key team members then arrived, while others assumed their roles. I was particularly struck by the fact that two of the carers featured were real-life community staff. Their soothing presence and dedication brought a genuine energy which was infectious.
The photographer’s expertise was exceptional, with some great lighting and angles for every scene. The shoot was a pleasure, thanks to the variety of backdrops—kitchen, living room, bedroom, garden, and market—each thoughtfully scouted. Some scenes were bathed in soft pastel hues, while others, like the riverside walk, were beautifully dappled, creating a joyful atmosphere. The focused nature of the work yet on such a pleasant day was disciplining.
The shoot balanced the challenge of portraying the emotional weight of separation with the need to make the living accommodation accessible and appealing. Having experienced loss myself last year, I found the sensitivity with which this was handled quite moving.
