The staff were extremely professional and kind, showing particular care and understanding for our daughter’s needs on the autism spectrum. They were experts at managing the session to get the best results out of the kids' hard work while keeping everyone comfortable.

The booking was all as advertised.
Very clear instructions and no surprises.
The client was considerate and easy-going. Overall it was a fun day. The only minor issue was that was no-where warm to sit when we were outside, it was a cold day (close to zero) and as usual a fair amount of standing when we could have done with somewhere warm to sit/hold when not being used.
