I have been extremely impressed with Models Direct as an Agency due to many factors. From the registration process with Heidi who actually had conversations with me and didn't make me feel like just a number to get on their books to pay the fee, but who I felt was completely genuine, watching their active and impressive social media postings (hoping one day I would be up there!), good luck wishes and well done posts and stories, to being active in looking for work for me from the beginning.
And then there's Gemma! Gemma has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so helpful in booking in my first job with Models Direct and was in regular contact, sending through booking information, promptly answered any queries that I had, helped me to feel at ease in the lead up, wished me luck on the day and then followed up after the shoot. Gemma really is a credit to the agency as she is professional, friendly, personable, positive, full of encouragement and very knowledgeable.
I am still smiling from ear to ear after the shoot yesterday as I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! My male model partner was a perfect match for me, and the photographers were so helpful, experienced, laid back, calming and such a pleasure to work with, we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and had such a laugh! The client was very accommodating also, looked after us very well and made us feel special.
I honestly can't thank Models Direct and Gemma enough and will always have the fondest memories of my first shoot!

Absolutely amazing members of staff. We had a fab day out with the family. Our daughter enjoyed her experience as it was her first photo shoot. The staff made her feel very relaxed and forgetful of any cameras being around. They had plenty of activities organised for the children while the photo shoot was happening. Then as a family we had a free pass of the area for the rest of the day. Refreshments and ice creams were available for the whole family as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks everyone!

Met loads of other models and actors from the agency with different levels of experience.It was a day shoot and we had time to eat in the middle too which was good! This was my first time doing a shoot.Alice the organiser for the shoot was fantastic and made me feel at ease straight away.Paul the photographer certainly knew his stuff and we had some good laughs.My co models were all lovely.The only sort of down side was the weather, it rained and rained and the wind was more like November or December instead of May.But, saying that I still enjoyed the day and it was a great experience.
