Models direct got me a great first job!
It was an incredibly different job to what I thought my first job would be but it was so interesting and easy to work with the client and Gemma at MD.
I worked at a dermatology convention on a body scanning machine and it helped build my confidence and they made me feel so welcome.
The client and all the team were so great to work with. I also worked alongside another model from the agency.
This experience was a great job and great working with models direct who helped with parking, travel and getting the job right.
This was great fun meeting all the client and being part of the convention for a few days.

What a fantastic photoshoot with so many amazing products shortly due to hit the market. The children had a blast!
Models Direct kept us up-to-date with important details leading up to the shoot, ensured all questions were answered, and shared a clear itinerary so we all knew what to expect in advance.
On set, the photographers and client put the children and ease, quickly built a rapport and balanced support with giving them the freedom they needed to really show the products off. The children’s input was valued throughout the day and it was a great opportunity for the client to ‘road-test’ the products too.
Models Direct followed up with us the next morning and shared some brilliant feedback. Their communication and support throughout has been exemplary.

Today was my very first ad shoot, and I have to say, it was an exciting, fun-filled, and eye-opening experience.
From the moment I arrived at the studio, there was a buzz of energy in the air. The team was welcoming, and everyone seemed to be in their zone, preparing for what would turn out to be an unforgettable day. As we got started with the first few shots, I was amazed at how many people were behind the scenes, coordinating everything to perfection. The lighting, camera angles, and even the smallest details were all being adjusted to ensure the best results.
It was fascinating to see all the effort that goes into creating a perfect shot. While I expected there to be a lot of waiting around and setting up, the team made it smooth and fun with music, laughter, and light conversation. By midday, I felt like I had settled into my role and was having a blast.
It was not just about posing; it was about feeling the moment and connecting with the camera. I definitely felt more comfortable as the day went on, and there were several moments where I genuinely enjoyed being in front of the camera.
I would also thank my agent, Charlie, for her constand and prompt response to every query I had and in making this process as smooth and memorable as possible for me. In short, my first ad shoot was a thrilling experience. It was everything I hoped for and more, and I can’t wait to do it again!
