I had a great time on setI had a great time on set, the crew were very welcoming and polite, as this was my first assignment, this put me at an ease that made the day very enjoyable. I had a great time also meeting other people who were having a similar experience to me.I had no expectations to even have an opportunity to be used as an extra but the opportunity that was provided by the crew was most welcome. If I were to give one criticism, it would be communicating were I should go or if I was finished with a shot or not.Great day on set and a wonderful first experienceDate of experience: 27 November 2024

Shoot and ServiceAll started of with kara lots of appreciation towards you! , Excellent service from her , who chose my son and always updating us with any information and having the correct photos up to date and always staying in contact and then we went in touch with Gemma and she’s absolutely a star, thank you so much! the customers service , the interaction on daily basis always keeping in contact and updating us with anything related to the shoot and we felt really comfortable in contacting both team members we didn’t feel any different but felt like a big part of a family any procedures we went through was really fast and efficient with no delays from their side having calls to generally catch up with anything making us sure and comfortable having the perfect information all set up instructions going with the flow , reliable company really great team workers everyone was really good.
On the day of the shoot we went and we had a really nice and warm welcome, we had an induction and went around the rooms so in each room what will be happening and where the toilets /cafe everything is ect making it easier to follow through and navigate. We had a really amazing time being cared of and making it feel like a home! The service and hospitality were really great. The model himself really enjoyed and the staff in the shoot (all) were fabulous and a friendly team with great service provided from all staff on the day.
Hope to come back again and experience this wonderful events and we enjoyed as well as the model himself really was happy to participate in the event and the experience he gained he had a really good time.

I had the pleasure of participating in a shoot today, and I wanted to share my experience. The day began with a warm welcome at reception, where I enjoyed a refreshing cup before heading to the set. There, I met Chris Golding, whose exuberance whose and detailed briefing set the tone for the day. His perspective in the country setting and clear outline of the project were both engaging and informative.
Caitlin, one of the key team members then arrived, while others assumed their roles. I was particularly struck by the fact that two of the carers featured were real-life community staff. Their soothing presence and dedication brought a genuine energy which was infectious.
The photographer’s expertise was exceptional, with some great lighting and angles for every scene. The shoot was a pleasure, thanks to the variety of backdrops—kitchen, living room, bedroom, garden, and market—each thoughtfully scouted. Some scenes were bathed in soft pastel hues, while others, like the riverside walk, were beautifully dappled, creating a joyful atmosphere. The focused nature of the work yet on such a pleasant day was disciplining.
The shoot balanced the challenge of portraying the emotional weight of separation with the need to make the living accommodation accessible and appealing. Having experienced loss myself last year, I found the sensitivity with which this was handled quite moving.

Fantastic first family modelling experienceWe recently had our first experience of modelling as a family via Models Direct. It was a really fun and comfortable experience. Our agent Gemma was really friendly, caring, communicative and available. She gave us plenty of information to prepare with and answered our questions before the shoot. It was a full day shoot (8hrs) involving different activities to advertise a holiday venue in the UK. We had part of our travel expenses covered and received one night's accommodation on set.At the shoot, we worked directly with a representative from the company organising the shoot and three photographers. They were all really professional, friendly and kind with our children which made us all feel relaxed and happy. The staff at the location were also fantastic, making sure we had plenty of food and water through the day. My two children really enjoyed the shoot. They loved all of the activities they were asked to carry out (football, swimming, enjoying meals, arcade games) and the respect and kindness they were shown. We also thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were really grateful to everyone for making it a smooth one.
