I couldn't have hoped for a better 'first time experience' with Models Direct if I had wished for it! The communication with Charlie was exemplary from start to finish! I received all the shoot information long before day with numerous opportunities to ask questions at every stage! The information was detailed, clear and concise and even provided background information regarding our Production Team! If that wasn’t enough, what pleased me the most was the thorough post shoot catch up. We were invited to take part in a children’s wear shoot for a high end brand at an iconic location!
The sun was shining and everyone was super friendly & accommodating to Cheddar, ensuring we had everything we needed to keep him happy & cool in the heat.
He had plenty of breaks between shots to rest and his safety was a priority when shooting outside.
Models Direct supported me throughout the process with detailed briefs, emails & phone calls in the lead up, and a follow up phone call afterwards to see how it had gone.

Everyone we worked with today was really welcoming.
They made myself and my little one feel at ease.
Direction was clear on what we needed to do and my 3 year old took to what was being asked of him quite well and with all members that was there with him. They told me that for a 3 year old and his first time shooting, he had done very well, which was great and reassuring to hear. Also hearing directly from the photographer that we had taken the visual shot that he was hoping for, was a very awesome feeling.
This shoot has a very moving concept and myself and my little one feel privileged to have been chosen to be a part of it. The additional unexpected gifts that were given to my little one at the end of the shoot was really kind of everyone and it is greatly appreciated...he absolutely loves his Christmas themed musical bear.
I would also like to say thank you to Charlie for the opportunity and for continually checking in to make sure that any questions we had were answered, and that we were happy as well as up to date with everything that was happening.
