Working with this company was such a genuinely lovely experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth, kindness and a really positive atmosphere. Even though the session was fast-paced to fit everything into the timeframe, the team made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout.
They walked me through every part of the process as many times as I needed, offered drinks, set up a portable heater because the warehouse was cold, and made sure I had privacy whenever I needed it. They also helped with hair and make-up, and their photographer was so friendly and reassuring — it made the whole shoot feel relaxed, fun, and natural rather than strict or pressured.
There were lots of smiles, lots of laughing and so much encouragement. I genuinely enjoyed every shoot and working with their products. Overall, it was such a lovely experience and I would 100% work with them again.

A wonderful exciting experience . It was my first time on shoot and didn't really know what to expect. A warm welcome and pointed in the right direction by the crew. The opportunity to meet other people taking part in the shoot that day was interesting and at the same time intriguing to get to talk to so many different people. My experience of the day was that I had loads of fun and laughs once I became less nervous. The only criticism of the day was the communication it could have been more fluent at times slightly confusing didn't know whether I needed to stay or go?
