Summer Campaign – London Shoot
We had an absolutely brilliant day shooting asummer campaign in London.
The energy on set was relaxed, collaborative, and full of those little moments that make a production genuinely enjoyable.
I had the pleasure of working with a mix of familiar faces and new talent, and the blend couldn’t have been better.
The returning models slipped straight back into that easy chemistry we’ve built over previous shoot, while the new additions brought fresh energy and enthusiasm that lifted the whole day.
A special shout‑out to Gemma at Models Direct, who was fantastic from start to finish. She kept me fully informed throughout the entire process — smooth communication, quick responses, and a real sense of care for both the production and the models. It made the whole experience seamless.
And of course… the model of the day — without question — was Lars the Bassett Hound. Stealing scenes, hearts, and probably a few snacks, Lars delivered every look with natural charm and comedic timing that no human can compete with. An absolute pro.
All in all, a great shoot with a great team. Looking forward to the next one.

This lovely video feedback from our model Zane for his assignment filming a commercial for Pukka pads last week! On Wednesday I had my first assignment through Models Direct. We did 2 commercials for Pukka Pads. One was for a Puka Fun Colouring Book where we used iPads to scan it and it would come to life and it was really cool. The second one was for this really cool putty and I had just an amazing time.

I had the pleasure of participating in a shoot today, and I wanted to share my experience. The day began with a warm welcome at reception, where I enjoyed a refreshing cup before heading to the set. There, I met Chris Golding, whose exuberance whose and detailed briefing set the tone for the day. His perspective in the country setting and clear outline of the project were both engaging and informative.
Caitlin, one of the key team members then arrived, while others assumed their roles. I was particularly struck by the fact that two of the carers featured were real-life community staff. Their soothing presence and dedication brought a genuine energy which was infectious.
The photographer’s expertise was exceptional, with some great lighting and angles for every scene. The shoot was a pleasure, thanks to the variety of backdrops—kitchen, living room, bedroom, garden, and market—each thoughtfully scouted. Some scenes were bathed in soft pastel hues, while others, like the riverside walk, were beautifully dappled, creating a joyful atmosphere. The focused nature of the work yet on such a pleasant day was disciplining.
The shoot balanced the challenge of portraying the emotional weight of separation with the need to make the living accommodation accessible and appealing. Having experienced loss myself last year, I found the sensitivity with which this was handled quite moving.

Theo had a great day modelling for the new Pampers 'poo face' advert. Theo had to take part in some filming and some still shots to enable the director to put together the commercial. This was great experience for Theo as it has got him use to lots of people, big lights and generally everything that goes on whilst being in front of the camera! I chose to sign Theo up to Models Direct to get some great experience being a model and I hope that Theo will be offered more modelling roles to continue putting a great portfolio together for future job opportunities. I would recommend anyone to put there baby forward for modelling - I think it's great fun and very good for your baby's development :-). Thank you Models Direct!!
