We had a wonderful experience on the photoshoot. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional throughout the day. The team made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He had a great time and really enjoyed taking part. It was exciting for him to see how a professional photoshoot works and to meet new people. The day was well organised and exceeded our expectations. Working with this company was such a genuinely lovely experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth, kindness and a really positive atmosphere. Even though the session was fast-paced to fit everything into the timeframe, the team made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout.
They walked me through every part of the process as many times as I needed, offered drinks, set up a portable heater because the warehouse was cold, and made sure I had privacy whenever I needed it. They also helped with hair and make-up, and their photographer was so friendly and reassuring — it made the whole shoot feel relaxed, fun, and natural rather than strict or pressured.
There were lots of smiles, lots of laughing and so much encouragement. I genuinely enjoyed every shoot and working with their products. Overall, it was such a lovely experience and I would 100% work with them again.
