Working as a model for Models Direct for a promotional shoot in a studio was such a fabulous experience, and something completely unknown and new to me of what actually happens BTS in a studio and how all the takes complete a final product!
Models Direct (Gemma) was once again supportive from the beginning with issuing a brief beforehand of what to expect, a check-in phone call the day before the shoot, a follow-up call the day after the shoot and lots of encouragement and praise, thank you! Models Direct nurture us models from start (signing up) to finish (booking jobs) and it is so lovely to experience the care and support given, and something I'm sure doesn't happen with every Agency.
I had such a fun day and am grateful for the opportunity.

Overall my first model shoot with Models Direct went really well, gave me a chance to get some experience within the model industry and see how everything works on shoot day.

Tuesday turned out to be an amazing day! 7.30am saw myself and two other models along with film crew in Battersea Park to shoot an advertisement feature for Birra Moretti promoting a new venture into catering. There were three vintage Fiat 500s along with their owners and the morning saw us being filmed supposedly delivering ingredients to private homes to create food for a dinner party. The highlight of this was being driven backwards and forwards over Albert bridge weaving in and out of the traffic to enable the camera crew to get the shots they needed!! We then moved to a private house to be filmed delivering ingredients and then cooking a meal. It was a fun filled afternoon with much laughter - the video and camera men were brilliant at setting up the shots they needed and so helpful in their directions. The makeup lady ensured we looked our best and supplies of refreshments were readily available when needed. As usual Molly had given clear instructions regarding requirements for the assignment - thank you Models Direct for a memorable day.
