It was less than 2 days between me hearing I was shortlisted to completing the assignment; everything was handled very promptly and with plenty of support from Models Direct.
I was tasked to play a Groom for a themed wedding. The assignment involved me and the model Bride taking promotional photographs around Oxford and within the Hotel venue for the Client's Wedding Planning portfolio.
I had no issues at all with communication on the side of the Client via MD, or with MD directly. It was clear what I needed to do to prepare, where/when I needed to be, and I overall I just had a great time taking part in my first professional modelling gig.
I am highly looking forward to my next assignment!

Working as a model for Models Direct for a promotional shoot in a studio was such a fabulous experience, and something completely unknown and new to me of what actually happens BTS in a studio and how all the takes complete a final product!
Models Direct (Gemma) was once again supportive from the beginning with issuing a brief beforehand of what to expect, a check-in phone call the day before the shoot, a follow-up call the day after the shoot and lots of encouragement and praise, thank you! Models Direct nurture us models from start (signing up) to finish (booking jobs) and it is so lovely to experience the care and support given, and something I'm sure doesn't happen with every Agency.
I had such a fun day and am grateful for the opportunity.

It did go really well, I struggled a bit to find the exact meeting place, but with a little help, I then found it. After that it went very good, I met the photographer and his companion, which were really nice and friendly.We went to the town and took lots of pictures, which I enjoyed a lot. The shoot went well and it was great to work with such a fun team! For me, everything is in the prep, and I was very impressed with Charlie’s guidance, preparation and paperwork ahead of the day. The location was nice and our team of 14 models felt really included in the project. The director was good and clear with his instructions. It was a lovely experience and I can’t wait to do it all over again!
