I couldn't have hoped for a better 'first time experience' with Models Direct if I had wished for it! The communication with Charlie was exemplary from start to finish! I received all the shoot information long before day with numerous opportunities to ask questions at every stage! The information was detailed, clear and concise and even provided background information regarding our Production Team! If that wasn’t enough, what pleased me the most was the thorough post shoot catch up. Yesterday, we had our very first family photoshoot at a popular holiday park and it was incredible from start to finish! The entire team made us feel so welcome and completely at ease. Everything was taken care of the moment we arrived, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience.
We even brought our dog along, and he was able to join in on some of the photos. The team had people on hand to help look after him as well, which was a lovely touch.
A special thank you goes to Gemma at Models Direct, who went above and beyond behind the scenes to organise everything and ensure the shoot ran smoothly. Her clear instructions and support made a huge difference.

The team at the shoot were great, super friendly and easy to work with. My daughter who was with me even got involved and loved it! As always, everyone was professional and kept the shoot on track as they knew I had to leave by a certain time.
