Following our recent family photoshoot, we wanted to take the opportunity to share what a truly fantastic experience we had from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the whole team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the look and outcome we were hoping for. As a family, it can sometimes be challenging to coordinate everyone and keep young children engaged, but the crew made the entire process feel effortless.
The team went above and beyond to ensure the children were comfortable and entertained throughout the session. They provided colouring books, snacks, and plenty of encouragement, helping to keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Their patience, energy, and ability to engage with the kids made a huge difference and allowed us all to enjoy the experience rather than feel rushed or pressured.
What stood out most was how naturally the crew encouraged us to interact as a family. They created a fun and relaxed environment where the children could simply be themselves, resulting in genuine smiles, laughter, and special moments together. The team's guidance helped us feel confident in front of the camera, and they were always on hand with suggestions and support to get the best out of every shot.
The whole photoshoot felt more like a fun family activity than a formal photography session. The children had an amazing time on set, and it was wonderful to see them enjoying themselves while creating memories together. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and professional throughout, making the experience one that we will remember fondly.
We left feeling excited and grateful for such a positive experience and are now eagerly looking forward to seeing the final photographs. Great shoot today with Models Direct. I was contacted at short notice by Charlie to attend a shoot and she was brilliant at getting information to me quickly and accommodating other comments I already had. The team at the shoot were great, super friendly and easy to work with. My daughter who was with me even got involved and loved it! As always, everyone was professional and kept the shoot on track as they knew I had to leave by a certain time. I was contacted by Model's Direct promptly after the shoot to follow up and check that everting had gone smoothly. A fun afternoon!
