I joined Models Direct after I took semi-retirement and had a bit more spare time on my hands. I am a fairly confident person and love meeting new people. I wanted to do something completely different and it seemed like a fun and interesting thing to do. This was my first assignment and I was booked to pose as part of a couple using Airport Parking Facilities for a holiday company. The assignment took place near Aberdeen Airport and was over three days. I didn't quite know what to expect, but I needn't have worried as the crew were fantastic at putting me at ease and explaining exactly what they needed from me. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my partner and the crew and learned about the process of shooting an advert. I found the whole experience totally enjoyable and really exciting, and would certainly like to do more work like this in the future. I think it has been a great move for me to join Models Direct as they have managed the whole booking process with professionalism. They have also been extremely encouraging and supportive.

I had a great experience taking part in a modelling shoot at a student accommodation.
It was a fun and well-organized environment where I worked alongside a professional photographer and other models.
The experience helped me build confidence in front of the camera, improve my communication skills, and learn how to work as part of a creative team.
It was enjoyable, professional, and gave me valuable insight into the modelling industry.

PLAYING A UNIVERSITY STUDENT
I was very nervous beforehand as this was my first job, but it was a very enjoyable experience. There was a lot of waiting around but the actual shoot was really fun. I had to act as a university student who had built a solar car with two other Models Direct models. The team were very helpful and nice and it was a great experience - it has definitely made me feel more confident to do further jobs. I decided to choose this agency as it gave me a wider choice of work, not just modelling, but also dancing and performing.
