Today was my very first ad shoot, and I have to say, it was an exciting, fun-filled, and eye-opening experience.
From the moment I arrived at the studio, there was a buzz of energy in the air. The team was welcoming, and everyone seemed to be in their zone, preparing for what would turn out to be an unforgettable day. As we got started with the first few shots, I was amazed at how many people were behind the scenes, coordinating everything to perfection. The lighting, camera angles, and even the smallest details were all being adjusted to ensure the best results.
It was fascinating to see all the effort that goes into creating a perfect shot. While I expected there to be a lot of waiting around and setting up, the team made it smooth and fun with music, laughter, and light conversation. By midday, I felt like I had settled into my role and was having a blast.
It was not just about posing; it was about feeling the moment and connecting with the camera. I definitely felt more comfortable as the day went on, and there were several moments where I genuinely enjoyed being in front of the camera.
I would also thank my agent, Charlie, for her constand and prompt response to every query I had and in making this process as smooth and memorable as possible for me. In short, my first ad shoot was a thrilling experience. It was everything I hoped for and more, and I can’t wait to do it again!

FRIENDS FOR LIFE
Erin was very excited to receive the call from Molly at Models Direct to say she had been selected for the Cotswold Outdoor photo shoot. As this was her first assignment she was a little nervous to begin with, but within an hour of being there she was made to feel totally at ease. She worked with two other child models from Models Direct - Myleigh and Luca, who she got on with really well with and are now friends for life.
The actual assignment took place in an outdoors setting for three days, which had the children in a beautiful field setting with tents, kite flying and a picnic. On the second day they were taken down by the river for canoeing, fishing and another picnic then the third day was spent on a beautiful beach where they had pictures taken of them hiking and then splashing and playing in the sea. Erin learnt a lot and has gained so much confidence from this experience. I would recommend any child who loves being in front of the camera to give modelling a go, as it certainly builds a child’s confidence and gives them a lot of enjoyment.
If anyone is serious about modelling then I would definitely recommend joining Models Direct as they have a great team and have really made my little girl happy by giving her the opportunity to be selected for this assignment. I signed up Erin as I wanted her to grow in confidence and have fun with the experiences and she is certainly having that.

It was brilliant fun, the whole family was involved for this assignment which made it even more exciting! We would definitely love to do it all again.The assignment involved being filmed and photographed pretending we are getting the keys to our new home and then celebrating our new home with champagne on the balcony. The cameraman was great, giving us simple instructions and increasing our confidence. The most fun part of the assignment was watching my children have a great time with beaming smiles.We would definitely recommend it to other families - a great fun experience and you get paid, win, win!I haven't been great at keeping the boys profiles updated but this has spurred me on to update them so they can get more work. I signed the boys up to Models Direct as I thought they would love the experience and I was right, getting paid for it is a bonus.

Gracie had a lovely day doing a photo shoot for British Lion eggs! She was smiling and giggling for the camera all day. Considering this was her first time, everyone on the job said she was a natural.Thank you Models Direct! We really enjoyed the day and can't wait to do another.
