Shoot and ServiceAll started of with kara lots of appreciation towards you! , Excellent service from her , who chose my son and always updating us with any information and having the correct photos up to date and always staying in contact and then we went in touch with Gemma and she’s absolutely a star, thank you so much! the customers service , the interaction on daily basis always keeping in contact and updating us with anything related to the shoot and we felt really comfortable in contacting both team members we didn’t feel any different but felt like a big part of a family any procedures we went through was really fast and efficient with no delays from their side having calls to generally catch up with anything making us sure and comfortable having the perfect information all set up instructions going with the flow , reliable company really great team workers everyone was really good.
On the day of the shoot we went and we had a really nice and warm welcome, we had an induction and went around the rooms so in each room what will be happening and where the toilets /cafe everything is ect making it easier to follow through and navigate. We had a really amazing time being cared of and making it feel like a home! The service and hospitality were really great. The model himself really enjoyed and the staff in the shoot (all) were fabulous and a friendly team with great service provided from all staff on the day.
Hope to come back again and experience this wonderful events and we enjoyed as well as the model himself really was happy to participate in the event and the experience he gained he had a really good time.

Super professional!
It was very well organised, good communication.
Models direct called me just making sure i feel comfortable and asking if i had any question about the shoot.
In terms of the shoot, it as also very well organised with a sent written schedule.

My 18 month old had his first photoshoot for Tottenham Hotspurs new brand merchandise and we had a blast. Charlie was very helpful and quick to respond to all my emails. On the day of the photoshoot, she ensured we had everything in place ready for the day and also efficiently emailed us after the photoshoot to check on us. The photoshoot was well organised, on time and the overall experience was really fun. Thank you Models Direct for this experience.

This was Ethan’s second assignment with Models Direct and was slightly different from the first one as this time he was not involved in a TV show but in a large campaign for a top mobile phone provider which included chatting amongst other Models Direct models and a photo shoot. Charlie once again was amazing letting me, (his Mother), know all the information regarding the shoot and keeping me updated with any changes. On the day we were greeted by one of the mobile phone providers staff who was really lovely and talked Ethan through what was expected of him for the morning shoot all the other models present were also from Models Direct and were very lovely and friendly. The shoot was amazing. Ethan really enjoyed all of it and is really looking forward to seeing the results of the campaign when it’s released soon. Thank you once again Models Direct for the opportunity of another amazing project can’t wait for the next one.
