I was surprised that I was shortlisted for this position in Business Disability forum in University of Reading by Models Direct for the SECOND assignment.
I arrived at the University on time, which I had to informed the client by texted I was in the building (that was in the Call Sheet) and the client was very pleased and came down to meet and bring me back upstairs to the top floor and the client introduced me to her team, which I felt at ease and the photographer as well. Didn't get the chance to talk with the rest of the models when I arrive, but as day goes on, I was good to fit in nicely with the models as well.
A productive day for me, I had to work closely with the photographer (she had to walk through or around to point direction for me to take or having a small conversation with the model that I am paired with or just having an eye contact etc) and the model for showing or demonstrated how to do this or that. The client had to be involved in each department (it was nice to explore and to take part in this projects) of how the layout of myself and others models to be, as working together as a team work. Example, I had to deal with a sick patient in knowing in how much pain she could be in etc. I was also working in a laboratory using scientific methods by demonstrated it in how to or use it etc by assisting him. I got to work as staff in the University Reception and having customers come over to me and ask me questions or advice, direction, or interest of where to go etc. This is such a lovely experience for me and the rest of the models that took part in this incredible interesting Business Disability forum.

Glasgow clinic promotional shootThis was my first shoot after being on MDs books for a while so I was a little nervous but Gemma was very supportive and spoke to me on the phone before the day and sent me through the brief from the company which was very helpful.
I was greeted by Laura ( marketing manager) and the videographer, Richie at the aesthetic clinic where the shoot was taking place.
They were both so friendly and welcoming that my nerves soon disappeared.
I was there for just under four hours as expected and it was a really enjoyable experience for my first time.
I was even given coffee and a sandwich!
The clinic itself was gorgeous and very local.
Overall I loved the day and hope for more like it.

"Yesterday, myself and 4 other lucky models were asked to take part in an ice skating photo shoot at Bluewater Shopping Centre down in Dartford. After a warm welcome from the team, we were treated to getting our make up done by House of Fraser and had the personal stylists from Oasis and Topshop dress us. The day could not have gone any more perfectly. I met some amazing people and Charlie at Models Direct organised everything so smoothly and was extremely helpful. The crew on the day were also extremely attentive. This is my third project with Models Direct, I had such a great time and can't wait for the next one! Thanks for everything guys."
