Thank you for an amazing first campaign experience.Just wanted to take a moment to thank Models Direct for booking my first campaign shoot. It was a wonderful experience and the details provided were clear and accurate, ensuring that I knew exactly what to expect. Clear instructions/directions were provided to reach to the location, the crew were not only professionals but also very kind and supportive. It was nice meeting and chatting with my fellow models and Gemma, the talent manager. Great shoot today with Models Direct. I was contacted at short notice by Charlie to attend a shoot and she was brilliant at getting information to me quickly and accommodating other comments I already had. The team at the shoot were great, super friendly and easy to work with. My daughter who was with me even got involved and loved it! As always, everyone was professional and kept the shoot on track as they knew I had to leave by a certain time. I was contacted by Model's Direct promptly after the shoot to follow up and check that everting had gone smoothly. A fun afternoon!

JUMPING IN THE AIR
At first I was nervous, as I didn’t know what to expect given that this was my first assignment, but meeting the Action Images team and the other models made it really easy for me to just get on with the job. The best part of the assignment was having the pictures taken and acting out scenarios - the experience as a whole was brilliant. The assignment was for the FIFA 2014 World Cup campaign. We were asked to wear colours of the teams that were participating as well as having our faces painted. Once we were all dressed up we had to pretend to celebrate a goal, or jump in the air etc - acting like fans would at a real game. I gained a lot of confidence, as the team made it really easy for me to be myself and just get on with it. I would definitely recommend my experience to others, in fact I already have because I got a lot out of it, and it would be nice if others could so as well.I would highly advise anyone pursuing a career in the talent industry to join an agency, as it just makes the whole process much easier and for a fraction of the cost. My main reason for joining up with Models Direct was because my friends told me I should do modelling and this agency was very appealing to me. I don’t regret it one bit.

LUXURY PET CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
When I saw the advertisement from Models Direct for a dog model, our Sid sounded like he'd fit the bill! He had recently modelled in a local photo shoot for a clothing brand and he was the star of the show!The shoot we attended was for a London based dog clothing and accessories brand that are launching this September and needed some photos for the website and other relevant media. It helped when I was giving Sid commands so that he posed well, and he also got lots of treats for being good. He sat well for what they needed and fell asleep a few times on set - which was sometimes perfect for the image of the photo, but sometimes we did have to wake him up!As he is only five months we were a little worried about his reaction to trains, tubes and the business of London travelling in peak times but he was brilliant and even fell asleep a few times on the journey.The best part of the day for Sid was all the fuss and treats he was getting. He learnt a lot from the day and it did wonders for his training. It’s certainly made me more confident in taking him places and being able to trust his behaviour in different circumstances and environments.I would recommend to other puppy owners to do something like this because it’s excellent for socializing your pup and getting some lovely photos of them while they are still small!We would love to do more of these shoots and hope to build him a portfolio that will allow us to do so more often. It was a great experience for him so we would like to keep it going!
