I took Logan who is 18 months old to Weybourne Beach to model clothes for the Next winter catalogue. He had a great time playing with the other children and being on the beach. He had to get changed into the clothes that were provided and then we went down closer to the water with a boat and some cliffs in the background and Logan had his photo taken. The photographer and crew were very friendly and Logan loved them! He had his hair trimmed by the hairdresser which was done perfectly and made him look really grown up. I think the most enjoyable part of the assignment for Logan was being on the beach playing with the pebbles and being around the other children. This was Logan's second assignment though Models Direct so he is gaining experience in front of the camera. I would definitely advise people to join this agency as everyone is so friendly and helpful and it is a great experience going out there and getting dressed up to have your photo taken for a big brand. I originally decided to join Logan up with Models Direct as he has a very distinctive look as he has a big afro so I thought it would be nice to try and show all his hair off and get him into something like this. Before this assignment I hadn't updated Logan's e-portfolio for a while, but I will definitely start updating it more regularly again now! Thank you, Elishia

Firstly, everyone involved in the shoot was absolutely lovely and welcoming.
The company did really well to provide us with everything that we needed, they looked out for us and this made the shoot much more relaxed. Also, they did really well to explain the purpose of the shoot and what was expected of us which really helped with getting into the right mindset.
I worked both indoors and outdoors portraying a homeless teenager in need of aid and then getting provided with the necessary aid. Working on the streets of Lewisham also helped in order to see the situations homeless people find themselves in. Being in the actual environment was really useful as it allowed me to see exactly what homeless people go through and this only helped me portray a homeless teenager better.The shoot was really fun and this is down to not only my love of being in front of camera but also the team we worked with were not just kind but also fun to work with.
The shoot was similar to how I expected by reading the brief but was different to how I expected in terms of how easy it was to work with the team. Also on a personal note this first experience really helped me to realise that being in front of camera is when I am in my element.

Fantastic experience!From the moment Dre’Sean was shortlisted for the campaign shoot to the actual production day, everything was brilliantly handled by Gemma. She provided clear, timely information and was always on hand to answer any questions that either myself or Dre’Sean had.
On the day of the shoot, the entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and supportive. The atmosphere was relaxed yet organised, which helped Dre’Sean feel completely at ease and confident. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and came away feeling inspired and valued.

A wonderful exciting experience . It was my first time on shoot and didn't really know what to expect. A warm welcome and pointed in the right direction by the crew. The opportunity to meet other people taking part in the shoot that day was interesting and at the same time intriguing to get to talk to so many different people. My experience of the day was that I had loads of fun and laughs once I became less nervous. The only criticism of the day was the communication it could have been more fluent at times slightly confusing didn't know whether I needed to stay or go? That said all in all a fabulous day with fabulous people thank you for this new experience. Look forward to doing more.
