Believe it or not we have seen child models become adult models and male and female models become family and mature models.
As a longstanding, reputable and fully government-regulated employment agency, we not only understand how the industry works but we also adhere to the highest standards.
This is why we have been so successful for so long.
If you are interested in modelling and would like to find out more about how we work and what to do to join us, then follow these seven steps:
1 Read the reviews section on our website thoroughly to gain a full understanding of why clients and models have trusted us for all this time. You can see why they stay with us and why they return to us if they decide to take a break from modelling.
2 Think carefully about whether modelling might be for you. Are you confident, happy to step out in front of a camera and able to follow instructions? Are you a sociable person who likes to meet new people and experience different situations?
3 Fill in our application form, upload a recent photo and hit the send button.
4 One of our highly trained and experienced team members will then contact you to explain in much more detail exactly how Models Direct works. You can then decide whether you want to proceed.
5 If you do decide to join us, you will be asked to complete an online e-portfolio. This tells us and our clients more about you and about any experience you may have, as well as your hobbies, pastimes and any particular skills. But don’t worry, most new models don’t have any previous experience and many of our clients don’t require it for their assignments. We will also ask you for your measurements and for a selection of images that we will ask you to update every so often.
6 Once you are listed with us, you could be in the running for any assignments requiring someone like you. Our clients send their precise requirements through to us (eg “we require two 25-year-old men, around 5ft 8ins in height, one with blonde curly hair and the other with short dark hair. No experience is necessary.”) We then sift through our models, put together a relevant selection and give these to our client. The client then chooses the person or people they would like.
7 We are unable to guarantee work for any of our models, but our team works hard to find jobs that are suitable for those who are on our books. If you accept a job that we offer you, we will be there to give you all the information you need, update you on any changes, manage any problems and then ensure you are paid promptly shortly after you have completed the assignment.
