Colourful, effective and very sweet…
Yes, we could be discussing our lovely models but, in fact, we are talking about Jelly Drops!
Jelly Drops are an incredible invention, created to help older people stay healthy and hydrated.
And Models Direct was approached by the company for two female models to take part in a photo shoot to help promote the tasty product.
Because of the physiological changes that occur with ageing, dehydration can become a recurring health issue for many older people, especially those with dementia.
And not drinking enough can lead to other problems, such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), which can in turn cause disorientation, loss of balance and confusion.
Inventor Lewis Hornby was moved to come up with a solution when his own grandma, Pat, was rushed to hospital suffering from dehydration.
The product he came up with looks and tastes like a sweet but it is made from 95% water!
It also has added electrolytes, plus vitamins B6, B9 and B12.
Available in six flavours, Jelly Drops are solid, yet easy to eat as they do not have a liquid centre. They are also sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan.
Our models had to pose for pictures where people were seen tasting and serving the brightly coloured snacks.
And how did they find the experience?
Dawn said:

“It is always in a super relaxed atmosphere and the other model was lovely.
